Shipping labels

Connect your Shippo account, buy shipping labels for your orders, and send tracking to the store automatically.

Relistic lists your recent orders in one place and buys shipping labels through your own Shippo account. Postage is billed to you by Shippo at their rates, not by Relistic. When you buy a label, the tracking number is sent to the store for you.

Set up shipping (once)

1. Get your Shippo key

1. Create a free account at goshippo.com and add a payment method there.
2. In Shippo, click Settings, then Advanced, then API.
3. Under Live Token, click Generate Token and copy it. It starts with shippo_live_.

2. Add it to Relistic

1. In Relistic, click your name at the bottom of the left menu, then Shipping.
2. Under Set up shipping, paste the token in 1. Your Shippo key and save.
3. In 2. Where you ship from, type your return address and save.
4. In 3. Your usual box, type the size and weight of the box you use most and save. You can change it on each order.

Ship an order

1. Go to Shipping. Orders from the last 30 days without a label are under Ready to ship.
2. Click Ship next to the order.
3. Check the parcel size and weight. Weigh it packed: carriers charge extra if the weight on the label is too low.
4. Choose a service. The cheapest is marked.
5. Click Buy for and the price (for example Buy for $5.40), then click Print label.

The tracking number goes to eBay or Etsy automatically. If it didn't, click Send tracking again under Labels bought.

Buyer addresses are read from the store when you buy the label and are not saved in Relistic.
