eBay automations

Accept and decline offers automatically, send daily offers to watchers, and relist items that haven't sold.

Automations do routine eBay selling tasks for you. Set them once and Relistic runs them every day.

1. Click Automations in the left menu.
2. Find your eBay store and change the settings below.
3. Click Save eBay automations.

Best Offer

Lets buyers send you offers, and answers them for you. Both numbers are a percent of each listing's price, so one setting works for every item.

• Auto-accept offers at or above (% of price): for example, 90 on a $50 item accepts offers of $45 or more. 0 means never.
• Auto-decline offers below (% of price): for example, 70 on a $50 item declines offers under $35. 0 means never.

Offers in between are left for you to answer on eBay.

Offers to watchers

Once a day, Relistic sends a discount to people watching your listings, using eBay's official offer feature.

• Discount (% off the price): how much to take off.
• Message to buyers (optional): for example, "Thanks for watching! Here's a little discount."

Relist listings that haven't sold

Fresh listings get more views. Relistic ends listings that have been up a while without selling and lists them again, optionally a little cheaper each time.

• Relist after (days without selling): how long to wait.
• Lower the price each relist by (%): 0 keeps the same price.
• Never go below (% of the item's price): for example, 70 on a $50 item stops dropping at $35.
• Most listings to relist per day: keeps it gradual.
