Bulk crosslist and price rules
List many items on several stores at once, and set a price rule per store, like Poshmark +10% ending in .99.
List many items at once
Bulk crosslist puts a group of items on more stores in one go, for example every item you imported from eBay onto Etsy and Poshmark.
- Click Inventory in the left menu.
- Tick the box next to each item you want to list. To pick every item on the page, tick the box at the top of the list.
- In the bar that appears, next to List on:, tick the stores to add them to.
- Click List (it shows how many, for example List 12 items).
- Keep the page open while it works. It shows Listing… 3 of 12 as it goes.
Drafts among the items you picked are posted too. When it's done, any item that needs a fix, such as a missing category, is listed so you can open it and finish it.
Use the tabs and filters first to narrow the list, for example the Listed tab with Any store set to eBay. See Find and organize your inventory.
Price rules per store
Stores charge different fees, so you may want different prices on each. A price rule changes an item's price automatically on one store, without typing a price per item.
- Click your name at the bottom of the left menu, then Stores.
- Scroll down to Price rules.
- Next to a store, type a percent under Raise or lower by. Use a minus sign to lower, for example
-5. - Under Rounding, choose whether prices end in .99, are rounded to whole dollars, or are left as they are.
- Check the example under A $40.00 item becomes.
- Click Save price rules.
The rule is used wherever you haven't typed a price for that store on the item. A price you type in Price on this store always wins. The Inventory page and the Chrome extension show the price after the rule.
