Sales and profit
See every sale with its fees, costs and profit, add sales by hand, and edit them in a spreadsheet.
The Sales page lists every sale from your connected stores, with what you earned and spent on each, and works out the profit per sale.
The Sales page
- Click Sales in the left menu.
- Each row shows the photo, store, SKU, how many sold and how many are left, then the money: price, shipping charged, sales tax, refund, store fees, shipping cost, cost of goods and other costs.
- Click any amount to change it, then press Enter. Profit updates straight away.
Profit is price plus shipping charged, minus refund, fees, shipping cost, cost of goods and other costs. Sales tax is shown but not counted, since it goes to the state. Totals for the page are at the bottom.
Fees in grey italics are estimates from the store's standard rates. Type the real amount to replace them. If there's no cost of goods, profit counts the item as free, so fill in Cost of goods (or What you paid on the item).
Use the search box and Any store to find sales. Each row also has links to open the order on its store, and Print label on the store.
Add a sale by hand
For a sale Relistic didn't see, like one in person or on a store that isn't connected:
- On the Sales page, open Add a sale by hand.
- Pick the store, then type the date sold, title, price, quantity and any shipping charged and store fees.
- Type the item's SKU to link it to the item in your inventory.
- Tick Take it out of stock if you want Relistic to lower the item's quantity and update your other stores.
- Click Add sale.
Edit sales in a spreadsheet
- On the Sales page, click Download spreadsheet.
- Open it in Excel or Google Sheets and change any amounts. To add sales, add rows with no Sale ID (they need Store, Date and Title).
- Save it as a CSV file.
- Open Upload a sales spreadsheet, choose the file and click Upload.
Uploading the same file twice doesn't add anything twice.
The Dashboard uses the same numbers, so changes here show there too.
